Good selling isn’t manipulative

What do I mean, selling isn’t manipulative?

Think about it this way: most of us would run kicking and screaming away from anyone who tried to manipulate us. So why would you regard learning to sell as learning how to be manipulative?

The bottom line: We are offering our prospect the opportunity to take advantage of something that is likely to be of value to her—something that will help her to get where she wants to go. Done in a principled way, this type of selling is a gift to those we are able to help!
